Will I be stuck in a long-term lease?

No, the rental agreement is month-to-month.

When is my rental fee due?

Your rent is due on the first day of the month. If payment isn’t received by the end of the day on the 10th of the month, your unit will be over locked,* and you will be charged a late fee of $25.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards, and you may mail your payment, drop it off in person, or give us your credit card number via telephone.
Are there any items that I'm prohibited from storing?
Yes, there are items that we do not allow to be stored for safety reasons. Flammable liquids and fuels, toxic materials, firearms, explosives, or illicit materials (drugs and drug paraphernalia) are not allowed. Occupying the unit as living quarters is prohibited by law and is cause for immediate eviction. Storage of live animals or other items that require a controlled environment is not allowed.
Do I need to provide my own lock for my unit?
Yes, you must provide your own lock.
Are the surveillance cameras monitored?

Our security cameras record video 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, but they are not constantly monitored. Management is not responsible for immediately responding to help if required.

Can I share access to my unit with others?
Yes, you decide who may have access to your storage unit.
May I allow friends for relatives to access my unit?
You may allow anyone to have access by accompanying them on the premises or noting their name on your rental agreement.
What if I or one of my guests causes damage to my unit, the building, or a fixture on the property?
The tenant shall be liable for damage to the unit, any building, fixture, or other structure on the premises caused by him / her or any agents or guests. Tenant shall indemnify and hold Management harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of the Tenant’s use of the premises or any part thereof.
Will I get my deposit back when I move out?
There is no deposit; your origination fee is non-refundable.
Can I get a refund or use of a partial month?
It is policy that our self-storage facility does not prorate rental payments for any partial months.
Does the facility assume any liability for the goods I store?
No, our storage facilities assume no liability. We recommend contacting your insurance agency to determine the best coverage options. It’s usually inexpensive to add stored goods to an existing insurance policy.
What happens if I lose the key to the lock on my storage unit?
Since you provide the lock for your unit, you hold the only key to your storage unit. However, if you should misplace your key, we have procedures in place to help you access your storage unit. Please contact us with any questions.
